Licensing
Understand the separate licenses for the website, compiler, binder, libc, generated support, and C2Go branding.Maintained byC2Go contributorsC2Go is a coordinated toolchain with several copyright and license boundaries. Downloading one aggregate archive does not turn every contained file into one uniformly licensed work.

Always read the root license documents and licenses/ directory shipped in the exact SDK archive you redistribute.
User source and generated output
Running the compiler does not by itself transfer ownership of your C input. Generated packages can, however, include substantial support code copied from c2go-bind and portions adapted from third parties. Those retained portions keep their licenses.
Normal c2go-bind generation writes C2GO-GENERATED-LICENSING.txt and relevant license texts into the destination. Preserve them with redistributed generated packages.
Commercial licenses
Applicable C2Go copyright holders may grant separate commercial terms for rights they control. Such an agreement cannot relicense LLVM, musl, Go, PureGo, platform SDK material, user code, or other third-party works.
A GitHub Sponsors payment can be named as a payment channel in a separately executed agreement. Sponsorship, a receipt, or a tier selection does not by itself grant commercial software rights.
Website and documentation
Original program code in this website repository is available under AGPL-3.0-only or a separate commercial agreement. Original documentation under src/content/docs/ is available under CC BY-SA 4.0 or a separate commercial agreement. Quoted code, upstream facts, linked material, and third-party assets retain their own terms.

Names and logo
The C2Go and c2gohq names, the C2Go logo, and related visual identity are branding, not software source code. Their presence in a repository does not include them in the AGPL or documentation license grant.
Truthful, non-confusing reference to the project is allowed under the trademark policy. Modified forks should use distinguishable branding and must not imply official status, sponsorship, or endorsement.
